Farha Roofing Referral Program Terms & Conditions
The Farha Roofing Referral Program is offered by Farha Roofing, LLC, Farha Roofing Denver, LLC, and Farha Roofing KC, LLC (collectively, “Farha Roofing”).
I. Terms & Conditions for Non-Employees
This referral program is open to individuals who are not employed by Farha Roofing and who are legal U.S. residents at least 18 years of age. To qualify for a referral reward, the referred individual must be a new customer who signs a contract with Farha Roofing for a full roof replacement and pays the final invoice in full. Upon satisfaction of these conditions, the referring party will receive a one-time payment of $100 per qualified referral. Participants who submit ten (10) or more qualified referrals within a calendar year will be entered into a drawing for a trip to Las Vegas. If total referral payments to a participant reach or exceed $600 in a calendar year, the participant will be required to complete a W-9 form, and Farha Roofing will issue a Form 1099-NEC in accordance with IRS regulations. Non-employee participants are responsible for reporting this income and paying any applicable taxes.
II. Terms & Conditions for Farha Roofing Employees
Farha Roofing employees who are legal U.S. residents and at least 18 years old are eligible to participate in the referral program, with the exception of Project Managers and Business Development Managers, who are not eligible. To qualify, the referred individual must be a new customer who signs a contract with Farha Roofing for a full roof replacement and pays the final invoice in full. Once these requirements are met, the referring employee will receive a one-time payment of $100 per qualified referral. Employees who make ten (10) or more qualified referrals in a calendar year will be entered into a drawing for a trip to Las Vegas. Any referral payments made to employees will be processed through regular payroll, treated as wages, subject to standard tax withholdings, and reported on the employee’s W-2 form in accordance with applicable tax laws.
General Program Terms
Farha Roofing reserves the right to verify all referrals and may withhold payments in the event of suspected fraud, ineligibility, or noncompliance with program requirements. The referral program is subject to change or termination at any time without prior notice. Void where prohibited by law.
