Whether it is a roofing emergency or you want to have consistent, preventative maintenance done to your roof, our service department is ready to help! Here is a look at what repair and maintenance services we offer:
Full-Time Service Department
We have a full-time service department ready for any roofing concerns or emergencies. We know that commercial and residential roofing issues can be extremely stressful. Our service department is here to ease any worries you may have.
Property Condition Reports
We don’t want you to have to speculate about your roof’s condition or have to scramble to find a document if you need one, so we provide property condition reports so you can be confident when it comes to your roof.
Roof Maintenance Programs
Before we leave your roof, we’ll guide you in everything you need to know to maintain it, and afterward, we will check in with you periodically to make sure you’re as happy as can be with the results. In addition, we offer the following maintenance programs:
Preventative Maintenance Program
Every 6 or 12 months, our roofing experts will come out and perform a detailed, documented inspection of your roof. Farha will remove organic and manageable debris and make and document small or temporary repairs if necessary. An inspection report and any repair estimates will be presented to ownership.
Service Partner Program
Farha will work with you to reach an agreement for a “not-to-exceed” dollar amount with a minimum of $400.00. When you need our award-winning roofers, they will come out for a leak investigation or repair. If the repairs that are needed are below the amount agreed upon, Farha will make the repair. If it is over that amount, we will obtain written approval before making the repairs.
Estimate Calls
Farha Roofing offers free estimates. We will dispatch a Project Manager to perform an inspection, document our findings, and issue a formal estimate for approval. The minimum estimate will include 2 repair techs for a half day plus materials. If you award the roofing project to Farha, there is a minimum estimate contract of $750/half day of labor.
Emergency Repair/After Hours
Disaster doesn’t wait for business hours. Farha is here when you need us the most. Our emergency hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m., and all day Saturday–Sunday. There is a $200 emergency trip charge, a 2-hour minimum at $200/hr, and a 2-man crew. Each additional hour is $200/hour for the 2-man crew.
