The hail and wind damage the building had sustained was quite extensive and required a complete tear-off of the old roof. After the tear-off, the Farha commercial roofing team got to work installing the R30 base, fully-adhered 90 MIL EPDM (one of the strongest rubber roofing options available), and new metal coping caps. In total, the project was 55,000 square feet. The Farha team got lucky with the weather and thanks to the effort they put in—working 7 days a week for a month—we were able to finish the job in 33 days.
