We have a full-time service department ready for anything. Our team is available and on-call to address any roofing needs—big or small. Property Condition Reports
Stay informed and prepared with our comprehensive property condition reports. These documents provide you detailed insights on the state of your roof—ideal for property management, insurance claims, resale preparation, and peace of mind. With Farha Roofing, you’ll never be left in the dark about the condition of your investment.
Roof Repair & Maintenance Programs
Before we leave your roof, our team will walk you through essential roof care tips and recommendations tailored to your specific roofing system. We also schedule periodic check-ins to ensure your roof continues to meet your expectations and to address any potential issues that arise.

Preventative Maintenance Program
To ensure the continued performance and longevity of your roof, we offer 6- and 12-month maintenance programs. During each visit, our experts perform a thorough inspection, remove organic debris, and provide minor or temporary repairs as needed. A detailed inspection report, including photos, observations, and repair recommendations, will be provided.

Estimate Calls
We’re happy to offer free, no-obligation estimates for your roofing needs. One of our experienced Project Managers will visit your property, conduct a full inspection, document findings, and present a detailed estimate. The minimum estimate will include two repair techs for a half day, plus materials. If you proceed with Farha, there is a minimum estimate contract of $750/half day of labor.

Service Partner Program
For clients seeking a simplified and budget-friendly repair option, we offer a Service Partner Program. We’ll agree on a “not-to-exceed” dollar amount, starting at a minimum of $400.00. If the repair falls below the set amount, our technicians will complete it immediately. If the required repair exceeds the limit, we will obtain your written approval before proceeding. It’s the perfect way to handle leaks and damage without delay or unexpected costs.
Emergency Repair & After Hours
- Roofing emergencies don’t follow a 9-to-5 schedule—and neither do we. Our emergency repair services are available.
Monday to Friday: 7:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m.
Saturday and Sunday: All Day
Rates
- $200 emergency trip charge
- 2-hour minimum at $200/hour (for a 2-man crew)
- $200/hour each additional hour (for the 2-man crew)
