My wife and I came home after being gone a week. During that time the Wichita area experienced tremendous sustained winds. I called Beau Canova to come out and inspect my roof due to some minor cosmetic damage. I wanted to insure there was nothing serious as our roof is about 18 years old. Beau said he could be to the house in about 15 minutes. He showed up at the time he had said and immediately went up on the roof and performed a thorough inspection. He told me the damage I saw was cosmetic and addressed the issue. He gave me an honest answer when I asked him about the shape of my roof. He said I should be good for 2-5 years depending of course on weather. I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism but more than anything was his integrity. I know there are some companies that would have told me I need a new roof now just to make a sale but not the case with Beau. I thanked him and informed him when the time came to replace the roof my only call will be to Farha Roofing. If all companies had employees with Beau's integrity it would be so much better for everyone. Thanks again Beau.

This is an update to my review from 3 years ago.

March 2025:
Due to recent high winds associated once again with Kansas storms, I needed to have Farha come back out to do another repair, on the opposite side of the roof. I had missing and damaged shingles due to the high winds.

Once I noticed the damage, I immediately called Farha, because they have previously proved to me, that they are knowledgeable, professional, customer oriented and that the previous work performed by them was top notch.

Upon contacting Farha, the repair was fixed within 72 hours of my call. The Project Manager Joe Earnest personally came out to do the repair.

Once again, the repair was done right and in a professional and timely manner.

The repair was completed within an hour and the roof looks like nothing ever happened.

If you ever need any kind of roof repair, service or replacement, don’t hesitate to call Farha, it’s worth every penny and it provides peace of mind that the job is done right.

Recent high winds in our area, caused several shingles to fly off the upper section of our roof.

We contacted Xavier Prendes, the Production Manager at Farha Roofing.

He immediately got us in contact with Joe Earnest, the Project Manager at Farha Roofing. He was out the next day to assess the damage and start process of getting it fixed.

Within 48 hours, a team of roofing repair people were out to replace the damaged shingles. The work was completed in less than an hour.

The crew that performed the repair was experienced, professional, informative, friendly and cleaned up completely before leaving. They crew also made sure we were happy with the results before leaving.

Everything we experienced with Farha Roofing has been positive and their commitment to customer satisfaction actually takes precedence over everything else.
