Project Description
When The Wildwood Casino's coating over existing EPDM was failing, and subsequently leaking, they asked Farha Roofing to inspect. Due to the harsh winters in Cripple Creek, they needed a roofing system that would stand up to months of snow and ice. Ultimately, they chose to go with a professionally installed membrane roofing system. Once materials were delivered, we went to work installing a 60 Mil Verisco TPO that was mechanically fastened. We were able to complete the project in 2 weeks while keeping equipment and materials out of pedestrian areas, which allowed the casino to remain fully operational. The system comes with a 20-year warranty. Now, the casino is watertight and ready for the upcoming winter!Challenge
