Project Description

The work our commercial roofing team completed for Mission Health varied across different properties in the Midwest and Southeast United States, including Georgia, Tennessee, and 26 Kansas properties. The 26 Kansas properties received detailed inspection reports that consisted of maintenance recommendations, repair or replacement estimates, and remaining life expectancy of the roof at the time of inspection.

Scope of Work

At all three of these southeastern facilities, our commercial roofing team completed re-roofs, on each of the properties, using a 60mil TPO WindVented System, and installed a new guttering system. This repair option by our commercial roofing team as opposed to a full tear off saved the client a significant amount of money and allowed for minimal disruption to the facilities.

Challenge

The proactive approach our commercial roofing team provides has saved the client thousands of dollars, increased equity in their real estate by having roofs replaced via insurance claims, and our Roof Service, Life Cost Analysis has allowed them to more accurately plan their capital improvement budget. The main focus with both the work done and materials chosen by our commercial roofing team is providing cost effective, high-quality solutions that are installed in a manner that provides limited disruption for all parties.
