This project involved comprehensive repairs to damaged areas in the roofs within this apartment community, addressing issues down to the decking. New underlayments were installed to enhance insulation and moisture protection, while battens and metal components were replaced to ensure structural integrity. In a sustainable effort, concrete and tiles were recycled from existing carports, minimizing waste during this project.Scope of Work
