Project Description
This project took 4 Weeks to complete. Versico Adhered 115 mil Fleece Back TPO over 1/2" DuraStorm VSH cover board, 2" Poly ISO insulation, adhered to a structurally sloped concrete deck. 1/2" Tapered panels were installed around the tower to minimize ponding water. A 20-year Labor and Material warranty with 90 mph Wind and 3" Hail warranty was issued upon successful completion of the Versico Technical inspection.Scope of Work
This project involved an existing Built-up Roof over Perlite cover board and Yellow Fiberglass insulation was well past it's service life with numerous leaks and problems with the roof drains.Challenge
The major problems with this project were blowing debris and tear off handling as we had only one area to access the crane, and dealing with weather. Communication with the owner's representative was vital to keep the project on track as well as working with the Architect to ensure changes in the design were documented.Testimonial
