12774 Zachary’s Ridge
Project Description
This residential roofing project focused on replacing a hail-damaged roof that had previously been denied by insurance. The homeowner had exhausted all available options with his insurance provider before connecting with our team. We were brought in to assess the roof and ultimately won the job based on trust and a commitment to provide long-awaited results.
Scope of Work
The original roof showed widespread hail damage and needed a full replacement. The new roofing system featured
GAF Timberline UHDZ shingles, offering both visual appeal and premium protection. In addition to the shingle system,
we installed Seal-A-Ridge, Pro-Start, FeltBuster, and WeatherWatch, all of which qualified the homeowner for a Silver Pledge warranty. A standout feature of this project was the detailed copper work required on specific areas of the roof. The home included a small barrel roof section and a stone turret with a dead valley, both requiring custom-fabricated copper flashing. Our team partnered with a reputable local metal fabricator to ensure a precise fit and finish that matched the expectations of the homeowner. Every step of the installation was executed with close attention to cleanliness and care for the homeowner’s well-maintained landscaping.
Challenge
Managing multiple subcontractors was a slight challenge, as it is with any project. This was especially true because of the intricate custom metalwork, which brought challenges of its own. Despite the complexity of this roof, our team delivered a polished, top-quality result for the homeowner.
